We held two great Virtual Summits.
Our online summit programming brought together smart, distinctive voices to deliver fun and engaging half-day events. Our featured speakers’ perspectives catalyzed new insights, ideas, and connections. Learn more about them and access the content here:
We continue to feature unique voices and perspectives.
We bring you a steady stream of unique voices, topics, and points of view from expert thinkers and practitioners. I want to thank the folks who participated this year, specifically:
Mark Buccella is a strategic problem solver, design thinker, and human-centered design expert. He works as a researcher, strategist, and trainer, applying design thinking methods to help teams discover insights about customer needs, identify opportunities for innovation, and ideate on potential solutions.
James Diers is a strategist, writer, researcher, and creative shapeshifter who thrives on collaborative problem-solving in complicated spaces. Sometimes, he makes words and stories; other times, he helps teams navigate toward actionable insights and meaningful change. His work at agencies and consultancies has helped to create value for Fortune 100 brands as well as smaller organizations and intrepid startups.
Tim Drabandt is a Creative Director in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he leads, manages, and collaborates with teams of designers, developers, strategists, and product owners to help people lead more fulfilling lives.
Lucy Hinton is a designer and researcher with deep experience in creative and empathy-based work. She’s fascinated by the things that people build to influence others’ behavior and loves talking to people to understand where these interactions fall short. A former costume designer, Lucy is used to constraints that many UX folks don’t worry about (air temperature, portability, weight, ease of cleaning in a sandy environment), and she intuitively questions norms that others don’t see (“I want to try new ways of cooking a pizza”). She currently brings her expertise to UX Design and Research at Fathom Consulting in Minneapolis, MN.
Andrew Lebowitz is a practicing visual designer with over 15 years of professional experience working in marketing, advertising, branding, and innovation consulting. He focuses on helping individuals and teams bring creativing into their lives.
Henry Lee is an innovative interdisciplinary designer and researcher with a passion for creating human-centered experiences through a blend of research and design intelligence. He is also a Tech and Public Policy Visiting Fellow at the Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy
Santiago Vallejo is a visionary leader who is passionate about applying change management techniques to improve the experience of customers and employees in their daily routines. His experience spans operations, product management, innovation, and customer enablement. He is currently obsessed with all things GenAI as well as behavioral change.
